Documents are shared only with the ministries, courts, notaries, embassies, banks or translators necessary to deliver your instruction, and with professional advisors bound by confidentiality.
Retention
Engagement records and filed documents are retained for the period required by Bahraini law and professional practice rules, after which they are securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@almodaweb.com. We respond within thirty days, subject to legal retention duties.
