Terms of Service
Last updated 1 July 2026. These terms apply to all engagements with AlModaweb Advocates & Legal Consultant unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Scope of engagement
Each engagement is defined by the written quote and scope we issue and you accept. Work outside that scope is re-quoted before it begins. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice or a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Fees and payment
Professional fees are fixed as quoted and government charges are billed at cost. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government fees are typically collected in advance of filing.
Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current documents and information. Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate or incomplete material are not the responsibility of AlModaweb Advocates & Legal Consultant.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as confidential and disclosed only as required to deliver your instruction or comply with law. Our advocates are additionally bound by professional privilege.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
